It was awful! I'm 58 years old, and have progressive contacts now. My old glasses weren't cutting it any longer. I live near a brick and mortar WP, so I stopped in one day. I was quoted almost $700 for glasses from my Ophthalmologist's office. WP quoted me less than half ($300) with progressive lenses, blue light filtering, etc.Especially in anything rectangular. If you have a higher minus prescription you want smaller and rounder to keep the edges as thin as possible in the high index lenses. Go find a local optician who knows what they’re doing with high minus/high index prescriptions. You’ll pay more but you’ll be happier.
